With a strong, loyal fan base, the Atlanta-based This Is It! Southern Kitchen & Bar-B-Q

restaurant chain is seeking franchisees to help develop the brand across the Southeast U.S.

This is It! Southern Kitchen & Bar-B-Q has ten locations in operation and is planning to expand across the United States via Franchising.

A UNIQUE AND VERSATILE MENU

Founded in 1983 by Shelley “Butch” Anthony III, the popular fast-casual, “cafeteria”-style restaurant offers three different cuisine styles: barbecue, seafood and southern comfort food, allowing for a versatile menu that caters to everyone.

Derived from family recipes over 50+ years, This Is It! keeps its customers in mind by providing a diverse menu that maintains flavor profile expectations, yet reduces levels of sodium and sugar. Each restaurant offers delicious, real food – including entrees such as barbecue chicken, barbecue ribs and seafood; sides such as baked macaroni and cheese, collard greens and sweet potato soufflé; and desserts such as banana pudding

and peach cobbler.

Franchisee Qualifications & Support

This is It! Southern Kitchen & Bar-B-Q is looking for interested franchisee parties who have 3-5 years’ restaurant experience and are willing to adhere to the Christian principles driving the restaurant’s operations (e.g., closed on Sundays, prohibiting alcohol, etc.).

Also, franchisees must be owner operators for a minimum of two years, with the exception of having an operating partner with restaurant experience.

Prospective franchisees should be financially capable to invest in the franchise with restaurants ranging from $625,040 to $1.157 million, based on location, site

development, etc.

When you join the This Is It! Southern Kitchen & Bar-B-Q family, you’ll get world-class support before you serve your first meal and well beyond.

Our Franchise Support System Features:

Training, product development, advertising, purchasing cooperative, field support and more.

After you have one successful franchise open with a great management team, you can consider opening a second location.

Multi-unit franchise owners manage more than one location and are often able to increase their income by operating more than one location.
