His natural intuitiveness, coupled with his professional curiosity and practical experience, enable him to develop strategic plans for greater levels of proficiency,

Mr. Anthony projects that in the next five years, This Is It! will be the #1 catering and southern cuisine restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia and will generate $10 million dollars in annual revenue.

Mr. Anthony’s service orientation and strong people-skills facilitate his proclivity to persevere through the difficult situations that occur in the foodservice industry.
