Nina started out with the humble servitude of cutting cakes at the company’s various locations.

Her progression thereafter included subsequent promotions to cashier and team lead. She eventually worked her way up to her current position of corporate trainer. She also assists with the company’s catering services. All responsibilities entrusted to Nina are a clear reflection of her passion for pleasing the patrons, which, to this day, continues to drive her into a deeper love.

As corporate trainer, Nina plays an integral role in assuring that employees in the company’s new locations are properly trained in customer service; that the This Is It! way is fully understood and executed. She is equipped with knowledge and expertise of the company’s operations and procedures from the front line and beyond.

As Nina continues this journey, she still believes in the messages that STILL hold promise, “God don't make no junk,” and, “If you can believe it, you can achieve it. You just gotta believe!” In her spare time, she enjoys writing and singing. She is the mother of one son.
