Do we cook with any meat products?

A – No.  We do not use any meat products but we do add chicken stock for flavor.


Do we cater other items not listed on our menu?

A – Yes.  If you do not see your favorite menu item, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
 

Do we deliver lunch orders?

A – Yes.  We will deliver any order with 20 or more boxed lunches.


How many locations do you have?

A – 7 corporate locations and 1 Franchise location.

 
Do you serve chitterlings everyday?

A – Yes.  We serve chitterlings everyday at every location.


Do you serve oxtails everyday?

A – Depends on the location.


Do we offer senior citizen discounts?

A – Yes.  We offer a 10% discount to our Seasoned Citizens all day Tuesday at all corporate locations.

Do you offer any other discounts?

A – Yes.  We offer a 10% discount to all local, city, county, state and federal employees all day Wednesday at all corporate locations.  This includes teachers and employees of ATT and MARTA.  Employees must  have work ID to receive the discount.

 

Do you have lunch specials?

A – Yes.  Our lunch specials start at $5.99 and are available from 10am until 3pm Monday thru Friday.

 
Do you sell breakfast?

A – Yes.  We offer breakfast menus for parties of 20 or more.
 

How old do you have to be to join the This Is It team?

A – All interested applicants must be at least 18 years or older.


How do I obtain a donation or sponsorship from This Is It?

A – All donation/sponsorship requests can be emailed or faxed to the Corporate Office at least 60 days in advance so that we can give proper time and consideration to the request.

 

Is the food at This Is It fresh or frozen?

A – All of our food is cooked fresh.



Is This Is It open on Thanksgiving?

A - Yes.  We usually open earlier than normal to allow customers to pick up orders.  We also close earlier than normal to allow our employees time to spend with their families.

 
Is This Is It open on Christmas?

A – No, but we are open all day on Christmas Eve.
