In Mr. Anthony’s senior year of high school, he was granted a full football scholarship to Western Kentucky University (WKU). He remained at WKU for two and a half years before transferring to Florida A&M University, where he met his now wife and also graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

After college, Mr. Anthony had a desire to pursue a career in the family business. After much prayer and also marrying his college sweetheart in 2013, he decided it was time to return. Since that time, he states, “I have realized that God lead me in the right decision and my life has been truly blessed.” 

As a husband, father of four beautiful daughters and Jr. Vice President, Mr. Anthony oversees four of the company’s eight corporate locations. Through the years, he has learned that the restaurant business has its peaks and valleys. He is thankful to God, his supportive wife, and his faithful parents in the business which has left a lasting impression. “I truly believe that as long as we keep God as the head, this company will forever be.”
